How does billing work and can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Billing is done annually for subscription plans like Advanced or Business. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments.

What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?

The Basic plan is a one-time payment and only includes a single major version on one device, while the Advanced plan is an annual subscription that provides regular updates and supports up to two devices.

Can I use PopChar for free?

We distribute PopChar on a “try before you buy” basis. We encourage you to download and try before your purchase. As long as you do not have an account, PopChar runs in trial mode. In trial mode, many special characters are disabled, but you can test the overall functionality of PopChar.

Can I use PopChar on Windows & Mac?

Yes, PopChar is available for both Windows and macOS. Starting from the Advanced plan, you get access to both platforms with one license.
