Can I upgrade to Productivity Suite if I already have a license of another ergonis product?
If you already have an advanced or business license of KeyCue, PopChar or Typinator and you want to upgrade to productivity suite, please get in contact with us.
How does billing work and can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Advanced and Business plans are billed yearly. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Do all three tools need to be installed on the same devices?
No. Install any combination across your licensed devices. For each product you have 3 devices for Advanced and 5 devices for Business license.
