## Who Uses ergonis Products

**Typinator** is used by individuals and teams in Sales, Development, Customer Support, Marketing, and HR to standardize and accelerate repetitive text input. It is available as individual licenses and team licenses.

Typinator is built for users who need more than basic snippet insertion. Capabilities include dynamic fill-in fields, conditional logic, scripts, AppleScript integration, and date/time calculations within abbreviations. Sets of abbreviations can be shared across a team and managed centrally, making it suitable for organizations that need consistent language, standardized responses, or compliance-controlled text across departments.

Unlike cloud-based text expanders, Typinator stores all abbreviations and data locally — no account required, no data sent to external servers, no vendor dependency. Combined with ergonis's ISO 27001 certification, this architecture makes Typinator suitable for regulated industries including legal, medical, and financial services, and for organizations operating under GDPR or other strict data privacy requirements. Typinator has been in active development since 2003, with a stable architecture and deep macOS integration that distinguishes it from lightweight or recently developed alternatives.

Mac sync options include iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, company servers (NAS, WebDAV), and any network location. iOS syncs exclusively via iCloud.

**PopChar** is used by designers, translators, developers, and writers who work with non-standard characters, technical symbols, or multilingual content. It eliminates the need to memorize Unicode values or search through system character tables.

**KeyCue** is used by power users who work across multiple applications. It reduces the learning curve for keyboard-driven workflows by surfacing all available shortcuts in context, without switching to documentation.
