Manage your active devices for PopChar
Your product license plan determines how many devices can be actively connected at the same time. When switching to a new computer, you might need to remove an old device before connecting the new one.
How to deactivate an unneeded device
If you need to free up a device slot, follow these steps to deactivate an unneeded device:
- Log in to our license portal.
- Go to "Licenses" in the left menu and select the license you want to manage.
- Navigate to the "Devices" tab.
- Find the device you want to remove.
- Click "Revoke" to remove the device from your account.
Once deactivated, you can connect a new device as needed.
