Manage your active devices for PopChar

Your product license plan determines how many devices can be actively connected at the same time. When switching to a new computer, you might need to remove an old device before connecting the new one.

How to deactivate an unneeded device

If you need to free up a device slot, follow these steps to deactivate an unneeded device:

  1. Log in to our license portal.
  2. Go to "Licenses" in the left menu and select the license you want to manage.
  3. Navigate to the "Devices" tab.
  4. Find the device you want to remove.
  5. Click "Revoke" to remove the device from your account.

Once deactivated, you can connect a new device as needed.
